After months of preparation, Leonard attended the Greene County Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting to ask permission to extend water to the property to allow for commercial development. Commercial development of the property would create jobs and tax revenue. The property is perfect for commercial development. We did not anticipate any issues with the request. We were denied.
